Our Mouth Watering Jungle Barbeque
At InnTheWild, we are trying something new all the time! So what’s new this time you ask? Well this time, we are here to present to you, our new and improved evening snack time menu available at our in-house restaurant FEAST.
Recently our F&B Manager, Mr. Peter Sarin, and his team decided to overhaul our jungle barbeque, just for fun! And boy did they impress! The chefs churned out one after another mouth watering starters and kebabs…well as it always is, pictures speak louder than words, so drool away! 🙂
Jungle Barbecue: Paneer, Fish, Chicken, Rabit, and Quail
Paneer Tikka: Cottage cheese marinated in yoghurt dressing with mild indian spices & grilled over charcoal
Grilled Fish: Fish Marinated in indian spices / lemon garlic butter and grilled over charcoal
Rabbit (Grilled / Fried): Rabbit marinated with tandoori masala & fried to a crispy brown (Grilled Option Available for Health Lovers)
Reshmi Kebab: Boneless Chicken chunks marinated in yogurt, cream and light spices & grilled over charcoal
Tandoori Chicken: Pieces of Chicken legs marinated with yogurt, lime and tandoori masala & grilled over charcoal
